COVENTYA does not provide for product return in cases whereas the product ordered, does not meet fully the objectives as desired by the end-user. Water treatment conditions change, especially wastewater.
Before a standard order is placed all water treatment conditions should be fully understood. We value your partnership, let’s work together to assure all conditions are identified and understood before the program is implemented.
COVENTYA cannot be held responsible for facility variations affecting the treatment program, legislative directives as related to the facility, and facility permitting events pertaining to the application of chemical treatment to meet regulatory criteria.
COVENTYA understands that mistakes in order entry do happen on occasion. If a product is ordered and the container is not opened, COVENTYA will take back the material with a 25% restocking fee within 30 days of order entry.
The return freight is the responsibility of the customer. The balance due is refunded to the customer.
Please contact Customer Service and request a RMA (Return Material Authorization) before any returns are processed.
