Quality Policy
The Chairman of the Board and COVENTYA Managing Directors highly believe that the Quality Policy, introduced in 1989, has represented a significant move towards positive action. Our policy of reactivity and creativity contributes to a dynamic vision of the business around which we are organized. We aim to achieve and hold a lasting and balanced satisfaction of all our Customers, Shareholders, Suppliers and Employees.
Constant attention is given to all Safety, Health and Environmental aspects of our operating procedures. Environmental aspects are crucial points in all of our product formulations, make-up and use. This attributes to the environmentally friendliness of COVENTYA’s products and processes.
The defined processes are composed by both management and communication. Employee qualifications are all fully known by the Directors of the COVENTYA Group, as are their personal implications and accountability, all which are essential for such processes.
Every member of the COVENTYA Group is involved in The COVENTYA Quality Policy with the highest determination and focus on.

Quality Certificates
All European sites of COVENTYA are certified ISO/TS 16949:2002 and ISO 9001:2000 since 2004. We obtained our ISO/TS 16949:2009 certification in 2010.
