Prevention of Aluminum Corrosion in Closed Loop Cooling Systems with OMEGA AQ-6154 eliminates costly down time and molding equipment repairs for a Plastic Injection Molding company.
OMEGA AQ-6154 was applied to a high heat load plastic injection molding operation closed loop system. The previous program observed aluminum corrosion in excess of 10 MPY.
After 95 days of treatment with OMEGA AQ-6154, aluminum corrosion was reduced to 0.20 MPY.

OMEGA AQ-6154: Applied in ‘chiller and hot water’ systems
